Cleanliness in home and office Twardy has been based and operating in Steckborn since 2021.
How are the costs calculated?
For new or one-time customers, we charge the usual hourly rate plus VAT. For most, we issue a monthly invoice. Flat-rate offers are also available, which are based on an agreement. Our hourly rates are CHF 55, depending on the desired area of work. The cleaning of properties is divided into two main groups: exterior cleaning and interior cleaning. Within each main group, there are also levels of soiling, which we divide into three classes as follows: light soiling, moderate soiling (a surcharge of 25%), and heavy soiling (a surcharge of 50%).
The acceptance guarantee is and remains a matter of course.

All floors are cleaned dry and then wet, if necessary with steam or foam cleaner
Walls, tiles and windows (including frames) are completely cleaned
All cabinets and furniture are cleaned inside and out
Kitchen appliances and furniture are cleaned inside and out, including the stove, oven, extractor hood, and refrigerator.
In addition to the maintenance cleaning, grout and drain cleaning with final disinfection is carried out in the bathroom.
